Weekly zoom call with Irene for one hour following a specific proven structure to get you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s one hour every week live on zoom and then you will have some growth work to complete. This consists of watching webinars and research from some of the top Doctors, Neuroscientists, Human Behavior Specialists and Spiritual Healers around the World.

You will also have 10 Journaling questions to complete before your next call and these questions are specifically designed to activate your Reticular Activating System. This helps you build new neural pathways to remember and implement this groundbreaking, life changing information.
